About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our growing teams across India. As a key member of the regional HR team, you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, foster a culture of inclusion and engagement, and support the development of high-performing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about employee experience, talent development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Support talent development and succession planning efforts in collaboration with Learning & Development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering coaching and support on HR policies, career development, and workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and onboarding experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, and support audits and reporting as needed.
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve HR practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or in a generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across levels and functions.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and cultural awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
