Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a full-time position, the Site Supervisor will oversee construction and design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to time, quality, and safety standards. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent coordination skills to manage construction sites and ensure seamless project execution (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and adhere to tight deadlines (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in project management software to streamline processes and monitor project progress.
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Strong budget management skills to track project costs and optimize financial resources efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate site operations, ensuring projects are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor quality assurance and control during all project stages to meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and other project-related documents.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Inspect and oversee the adherence to health and safety guidelines on site to protect personnel and equipment.
  • Manage work schedules, assign tasks to team members, and adjust plans to accommodate project demands.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
