Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality control, verifying site measurements, and managing billing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site interior works as per drawings and specifications.
  • Take accurate site measurements and maintain updated site records.
  • Check and verify contractor/vendor bills against actual site work.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients for project requirements.
  • Ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Manage material planning, delivery, and installation schedules.
  • Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and issue logs.
  • Assist the design team with on-site changes and implementation.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.
  • 26 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out or renovation projects.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD; basic working knowledge of SketchUp preferred.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, billing, and site coordination.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
