Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This position is designed for fresher candidates with no to one year of experience. The employment type encompasses both internship and full-time opportunities. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be proficient in site supervision (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with construction project management software to efficiently execute site activities and schedule tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, ensuring construction adheres to the design specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites.
  • Understanding of quality control processes to verify the activities on site meet the required standards.
  • Strong team leadership skills to motivate and manage site workers towards achieving project goals.
  • Effective time management to schedule work, meet deadlines, and improve productivity on site.
  • Resource allocation skills to manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently at the construction site.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines and budget.
  • Communicate project status and progress updates to stakeholders and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site to minimize incidents and enhance worker safety.
  • Review plans and drawings to understand project scope and specifications before commencing site work.
  • Coordinate and supervise site labor, subcontractors, and materials to ensure effective workflow.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during construction activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress schedules, and maintain documentation for future reference.
