Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, manage workers, monitor ongoing projects to ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and enforce safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, maintaining accurate project records, and ensuring that all work adheres to specifications and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction site supervision and project management
  • Knowledge of quality control practices and the ability to inspect and evaluate work for adherence to standards
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with construction safety guidelines and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical plans
  • Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure
