Job Title: Interior Contract - Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Interior Contract Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of interior design and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, construction management, and project supervision, with an emphasis on quality control and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of interior design and renovation projects, including site management, schedule coordination, and budget management.

Work closely with the project team, including designers, contractors, and architects, to ensure project objectives are met.

Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed to high standards and in a timely manner.

Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines, proactively identify potential roadblocks and recommend solutions to keep the project on track.

Monitor and report on project progress, including quality of work and budgetary performance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring satisfaction with the project outcome.

Ensure that all work meets industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with designers to ensure project design vision is translated into reality.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality and progress, identify and address issues that arise during construction, and make recommendations for corrective action.

Manage and enforce site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers.

Ensure that all construction and site management activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records.

Provide regular project updates to management, including progress reports and budgetary updates.

Collaborate with the procurement team to source and purchase required materials and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Conduct final inspections and walk-throughs with clients to ensure that work has been completed to their satisfaction and that all necessary documentation has been completed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Contract Site Supervisor or a similar role.

Strong project management skills, with experience managing and supervising construction projects from inception to completion.

Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and recommend solutions.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Experience managing budgets and cost control for construction projects.Experience in managing subcontractors and vendors.

Knowledge of project management software will be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to construction sites.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project schedules.
