Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor project timelines, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site teams, inspecting materials, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and addressing any on-site challenges to maintain smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and task coordination
  • Knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and quality assurance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate site teams
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for on-site challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Knowledge of safety standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Prior experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or construction projects is an advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage
