- Maintaining employee attendance records
- Managing leave requests and approvals
- Ensuring compliance with leave policies
- Payroll & Compensation
- Processing monthly payroll
- Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS)
- Maintaining salary records and issuing payslips
- Employee Relations
- Addressing employee grievances
- Promoting a healthy work environment
- Supporting conflict resolution and disciplinary action if needed
- Performance Management
- Coordinating appraisals and evaluations
- Assisting in setting KPIs and tracking performance
- Training & Development
- Identifying training needs
- Organizing skill development programs and workshops
- Policy Development & Compliance
- Drafting and updating HR policies
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- HR Documentation & Reporting
- Maintaining employee records and personal files
- Preparing HR reports for management (MIS, attrition, etc.)
- Exit & Final Settlement Process
- Handling resignations, exit interviews, and clearance formalities
- Processing full & final settlements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
