Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and motivated
Tele Sales Executive
to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, scheduling appointments, and supporting our clinic teams in delivering excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads and prospective patients.
  • Clearly explain hearing care services and hearing aid solutions over the phone.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or product interests.
  • Handle incoming calls, follow up on leads, and maintain active communication.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff and sales team for smooth patient onboarding.
  • Record call details, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)..
  • Experience:
    6 months to 2 years in telesales, customer support, or telecalling. Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
  • Languages:
    Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Skills:
    Strong verbal communication, listening ability, and confidence on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
