Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates with strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for achieving targets are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales

· Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

· Follow up with interested prospects and ensure closure of sales

· Collaborate with the team and contribute to overall sales performance

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)

· Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven

· Basic computer knowledge

· Experience in outbound sales / telesales will be an added advantage

Education & Experience:

· Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

· Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
