We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive to join our Corporate Affairs team. This role supports regulatory coordination, internal and external communications, and policy advocacy efforts, ensuring our operations remain compliant, credible, and well-represented across industry forums and government bodies.

Role & responsibilities

  • Knowledge of all FDA related matters.
  • Should be good skills in negotiation with FDA / CDSCO / various Govt related Agencies
  • Should have knowledge of application of Test license, DCGI NOC, Import license form 11, Product license, FSC, COPP applications
  • Maintain updated contact databases and assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and event participation.
  • Maintain organized records of correspondence, filings, and approvals
  • Streamline process
  • Need to travel to various Govt Agencies
  • Work in line with Company's policy

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Policy, or Communications.
  • 13 years of experience in corporate affairs, regulatory affairs, or public relations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with Indian pharma regulations and basic understanding of global compliance norms (US FDA, EMA) is a plus.
