Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager – Institutional Business & Synergy based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage institutional business portfolios, work on building and fostering relationships with institutional clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include driving synergy within the organization, analyzing market trends, meeting revenue targets, and providing financial solutions tailored to client needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
:
· Regularly meet corporates to promote TCL product offerings at the corporate.
· Activate new non-Tata corporates for Insty activities.
· Onboard new connectors under Ekta and drive desired disbursals.
· Re-engage inactive connectors and build strategic relationships.
· Source retail loans business from connectors.
Qualifications
- Experience in institutional sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong knowledge of financial services, including Commercial Finance, Infrastructure Finance, and Consumer Loans
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and market analysis skills
- Proficiency in effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business synergy and achieve targets
- Familiarity with financial regulatory guidelines and adherence to compliance standards
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is required. A master's degree or MBA is preferred
- Proven experience in working with institutional clients, including corporate and large enterprises, is a strong advantage
