  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree

preferred.

  • 6-9 years of experience in the air navigation systems environment, with hands-on

knowledge of CNS/ATM systems.

  • Proficiency in CNS/ATM technologies and tools, including automation systems, data

services, and airspace management software.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present

complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and navigate cross-functional

partnerships effectively.

We are looking for CNS ATM Systems Lead

  • Oversee the development and optimization of CNS/ATM systems, ensuring alignment with

ICAO standards and best practices.

  • Evaluate existing air navigation infrastructure and recommend modernization strategies to

enhance operational efficiency and safety.

  • Manage CNS/ATM integration projects, focusing on automation, data services, and

dynamic airspace configurations to improve service delivery.

  • Collaborate with national aviation authorities and air navigation service providers to

ensure compliance and operational excellence, facilitating workshops and regulatory consultations.

  • Conduct assessments and implement controls within CNS/ATM environments, particularly

in hybrid infrastructure setups, to safeguard against emerging threats.

  • Contribute to long-term initiatives that shape the future of airspace architecture and

service models, identifying opportunities for technological advancements.
