Role & responsibilities
- Handle, assist and resolve technical issues related to ATM transactions, bank switch connectivity, and host communication failures from MSP point of view.
- Knowhow of switch and its running to trouble shoot failures.
- Understanding of monitoring application in case of failure and resolution theron.
- Work closely with banks, switch vendors, and internal teams for resolution.
- Provide technical support for ATM-related software/hardware/network escalations.
- Manage logs, system alerts, and generate technical incident reports.
- Assist the helpdesk team in understanding technical issues and training on basic troubleshooting.
- Support deployment of software patches, configurations, and firmware updates as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- 24 years of experience in ATM Managed Services or technical support roles.
- Understanding of ATM architecture, switch functionalities, and banking transaction flow.
- Hands-on experience with basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
