Role & responsibilities

  • Handle, assist and resolve technical issues related to ATM transactions, bank switch connectivity, and host communication failures from MSP point of view.
  • Knowhow of switch and its running to trouble shoot failures.
  • Understanding of monitoring application in case of failure and resolution theron.
  • Work closely with banks, switch vendors, and internal teams for resolution.
  • Provide technical support for ATM-related software/hardware/network escalations.
  • Manage logs, system alerts, and generate technical incident reports.
  • Assist the helpdesk team in understanding technical issues and training on basic troubleshooting.
  • Support deployment of software patches, configurations, and firmware updates as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in ATM Managed Services or technical support roles.
  • Understanding of ATM architecture, switch functionalities, and banking transaction flow.
  • Hands-on experience with basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
