Job Description

  • As a Telecaller at IPCS Global, you will be responsible for:
  • Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our services.
  • Building strong customer relationships with a customer-centric approach.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Achieving monthly targets and contributing to team performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, or Educational sector (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal communication in Tamil & English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Persuasive speaking skills.
  • Sales & negotiation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).

Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree.

Additional training in sales, customer service, or communication is an advantage.
