Job Title: Tele caller - MBA Admission Counsellor

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive MBA Admission Counsellor (Tele caller) who will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students through the MBA admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries regarding MBA admissions.
• Provide accurate information about MBA programs, admission criteria, fees, and career prospects.
• Counsel students and parents to help them make informed decisions regarding admissions.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into admissions and record and manage student interactions in CRM/database effectively.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets and coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Participate in admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business/Commerce/Arts/Management). Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (education sector preferred).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets and proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
