Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Salem, WV. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound customer inquiries, providing information about banking products and services, and maintaining accurate call records. The role involves meeting sales targets, following up with customers, and assisting with customer retention efforts.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
