Calls related to room reservations, inquiries, and confirmations.
- Provide detailed information about room categories, rates, packages, facilities, and promotions.
- Assist guests in modifying, canceling, or reconfirming reservations as per hotel policies.
- Upsell higher room categories, meal plans, and special packages to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations in the system.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue team for smooth reservation handling.
- Follow up on pending inquiries, leads, and provisional bookings.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets assigned by the management.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience in **telecalling, reservations, or customer service**:

- Strong communication skills
- Good convincing, negotiation, and upselling ability.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS/Reservation software knowledge preferred).
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
