About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Pop-Up Manager to lead the coordination and execution of two upcoming fashion events in Mumbai. This project-based role requires complete ownership of planning, setup, and management, ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after the events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Setup & Coordination
  • Manage end-to-end setup and dismantling of pop-up stalls.
  • Source setup materials and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Inventory & Stock Management
  • Oversee stock flow, display, and replenishment during events.
  • Ensure accurate records and communication with internal teams.
  • Vendor & Team Management
  • Act as the single point of contact (POC) for vendors, event organizers, and the internal team.
  • Manage on-ground staff and assign responsibilities during the event.
  • Invitations & RSVP Management
  • Send out event invitations and manage RSVP lists.
  • Artwork & Branding
  • Coordinate with the creative team for artwork, branding, and collaterals.
  • On-Ground Event Management
  • Handle real-time problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Maintain brand standards throughout the event.
  • Post-Event Wrap-Up
  • Oversee dismantling, stock reconciliation, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in event management, retail activations, or fashion exhibitions preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Well-spoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to take quick decisions.
  • Fit, energetic, and open to working long hours during event days.
  • Contract Type: Project basis (full-time during the 2-month duration).
