Role Overview :

We are looking for a Pop-Up Sales / B2C Sales Executive who will be the face of our brand at events, exhibitions, and retail activations. Your role will focus on engaging directly with customers, driving sales at pop-ups, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth buying experience. This is a high-energy role that requires excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent the brand at pop-ups, exhibitions, and retail events.

Engage with walk-in customers, explain product offerings, and close sales.

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Set up and manage the pop-up stall/booth, ensuring it is visually appealing and stocked. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing/sales team.

Maintain inventory records and update stock availability regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, replenishments, and event requirements.

Build long-term relationships with loyal customers and maintain post-sale engagement.

Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in retail sales, B2C sales, or pop-up/event sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

Ability to confidently explain products, handle objections, and close deals.

Energetic, approachable, and comfortable interacting with a large number of people.

Goal-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced event environment.

Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing, and reporting preferred.

Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during event hours.
