OLL is on a mission to create a religion of practical learning that extends beyond traditional education by aiming to reach a billion daily active learners. Our educators teach over 20,000 students daily across India through offline schools, as well as online in more than eight countries. We offer over 100 hands-on skills such as AI, robotics, coding, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. OLL also hosts the national TV show "Skill Tank" on CNBC TV18, providing a platform for students to present their business ideas. Furthermore, we operate the Skill Bharat Association, which focuses on skill development across India and annually hosts the Skill Bharat Samman award show.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Junior B2C Sales Executive. The Junior B2C Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales. Daily tasks include lead generation, making outbound sales calls, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing feedback to the marketing team, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2C sales, lead generation, and closing sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
Office Timing: Monday - Saturday 9AM to 6PM.
Experience in the education industry is a must
