**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
- Analyzing sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs
- Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales
- Follow up on ongoing orders
- Responsible for checking adequate stock in fast-moving items.
- Improving profitability by reducing costs.
- Conduct product training.
- Competition benchmarking.
- Develop relationships at the store/mall for future business expansion
- Head Stock availability and slow-moving stock transfer
- Exp in backend system management, managing offline retailers, warehouse management & making challan
- Responsible for sales & MIS reporting
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Footwear Merchandiser
- Footwear material knowledge, know how to read fit comments, make BOM, make trim chart, follow up with vendors for delivery on time of orders.
- Directly communication with clients & vendors
- Excel Knowledge

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Merchandiser: 3 years (preferred)
