Designation - Telesales Executive
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 9:30 am - 6:45 pm
Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers.
· Explain product features and benefits clearly.
· Generate leads through cold calling and provide final business Loan.
· Schedule appointments for interested prospects.
· Follow up with existing customers for feedback and upselling opportunities.
· Maintain customer information and call logs in CRM.
· Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets.
· Engage with customers and drive business growth.
Requirements:
· Good verbal communication and persuasion skills.
· Familiarity with basic computers and banking applications/software.
· Proven working experience as a Loan department.
· Min Qualification required: 10 2.
