**Job Overview**:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team residing in Chandigarh and the Tricity area. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services through effective communication and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
**Outbound Calls**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the Chandigarh Tricity region.
- Introduce and promote the company's products/services to generate interest and sales leads.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products/services offered by the company.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information about products/services.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding sales quotas and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Complete necessary documentation related to sales and customer details.

**Feedback and Reporting**:

- Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Punjabi is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
