Job Title: Telesales Executive (FEMALES ONLY)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call potential buyers from the provided database and introduce them to Jindal Power Corporation products/services.
2. Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive sales.
4. Follow up on leads consistently to ensure maximum conversion.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys growth
7. Coordinate with the sales team and other departments for smooth customer onboarding.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
**Requirements**:
Education: Graduate in any Field
Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, business development or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.
Strong customer service mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
