A dynamic marketing company, specializing in creative, IT, and marketing communication solutions. is seeking a **Telesales Executive (Female) with prior experience in media or ad agencies. **This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage with potential clients in the media and ad industry via outbound calls.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored advertising solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Exceed sales targets consistently through strategic selling techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client objectives effectively.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of proven experience in telesales within **ad/media/marketing agencies.**:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools preferred.

**Note: Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days' pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.**

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
