**International Telesales Executive**
**Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month + comprehensive benefits package**
**Location: Mohali**
A frontrunner in fintech, delivering state-of-the-art software solutions, seeking an International Telesales Executive to enhance their team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to international prospects, highlighting product advantages.
- Cultivate and sustain customer connections through effective verbal exchanges.
- Analyze customer requirements to propose beneficial solutions.
- Handle objections with empathy and informed responses.
- Manage sales documentation and customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives consistently.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in international telesales.
- Outstanding verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Resilient with a positive approach towards rejection.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
**Additional Details**:
- Night shifts, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour break.
- Initial selection through telephonic interview.
Applicants must possess prior experience in international or telesales.
