Hiring Planning Engineer For Luxury Hotel Development Company @ Bangalore, Near International Airport.

Experience: 5+ Years

Education: BE (Civil)

Position: Planning & Coordination Professional

Please Note : Candidate who can join immediately or within 20 days will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning and execution of project
  • Develop detailed project schedules in MSP & track progress
  • Focus on coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and civil finishes to ensure seamless integration and adherence to project specifications.
  • Oversee and coordinate with internal project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project timelines.
  • Preparation of project progress, risk mitigation presentation for higher management.
  • Arrange meetings with contractors and vendors, discuss and resolve any issues, and ensure that activities are delivered on time.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence, to ensure comprehensive project records.
