Real Assets - Fund Integration Team
Role Location: Bangalore
Industry/Domain: Asset Management - Fund Administration Department: Real Assets Employment
Type: Permanent
The successful candidate will join the Real Assets - Fund Integration Team and will be closely working with Clients and Client Service Managers based across regions in connection with the performance of duties related to the administration of Real Estate Funds. Candidate must be well versed knowledge of the Real Estate Accounting tool like Yardi Voyager Investment Management Module and should have relevant experience in Investment Accounting, Property Accounting, Client Relationship Management, Team management, Process Improvements, Preparing Financial Statements and any other Client's reporting requirements.
Job Specification
• Shape and support the Real Assets Fund Services service-offering model through business data management, technical support and strategic initiatives.
• Capable of handling new funds onboarding, transitioning and migration of existing funds in the accounting software like Yardi Voyager.
• Candidate should be able to support the system custom development on the functional parameters, UAT testing and implementation
.
• Expert in preparing Road maps, Business requirement documents, analyse, prioritise, and deliver within the controls in the system.
• Candidate should be highly knowledgeable and experience in Real Estate Accounting tools like Yardi Voyager Investment Management Module, Property Management Module, E-front, Paxus, Investran, Capital Tracker and Geneva
.
• A domain expert in handling the Real Assets Portfolio like Commercial, Residential, SPVs, Limited Partnership entities etc.
• Liaise with IT team, Fund accounting teams and Business partners for the fund integration issues and support the team
.
• Review real estate fund client's partnership agreements, PPM's, LPA, COI and other document and participate in the implementation of fund structures into the Yardi accounting system.
• Support with the analysis of business strategic business goals, design product/system enhancements to provide efficiencies and new capabilities and involved with data integration & data governance
.
• Always maintain a pro-active customer focus, monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables, and interact with Management and Client
s
• Identification and delivery of innovative technical solutions to build operational efficiencies and enable value-added solutions for our clients.
• Monitor compliance of various agreements with clients, including the Service Level Agreement.
• Train and support team members in their carrier development.
• Operate as a contact point for clients; able to respond to and resolve queries or escalate where necessary and act as a liaison with various internal/external parties – i.e. auditors, legal counsel.
Skills Required
• A must experience in Yardi Voyager Investment Management Module, Property Management Module
.
• Experienced in reviewing and preparing general ledgers, management accounts, financial statements, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, YSQL, SSRS, YSSR and custom report development would be an added advantage
• Advanced in MS Excel, Proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Self-motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines.
• Sound judgement, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant experience of minimum 6 years and above in public/private real estate accounting work experience
