Role Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive for an on-site, full-time position based in Bengaluru North. The CRM Executive will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing customer queries, ensuring customer retention, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of post-sales activities. The role requires a proactive approach to address customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate customer feedback and data effectively
  • Proficiency in customer retention strategies and enhancing customer experience
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to address client needs professionally
  • Experience and skills in sales to support the business development team
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and systems is advantageous
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
