Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager L-1 role based in Bengaluru North. The responsibilities include managing and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing personalized property guidance and end-to-end support. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them through property search, negotiations, and closure processes to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and ensure the smooth delivery of services.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, address queries, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving skills to facilitate property transactions smoothly.
  • Attention to detail and time management abilities for handling multiple client interactions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software platforms to manage customer data and communications.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property trends is advantageous.
  • A graduate degree in any field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
