Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Operations Executive - Advisor Engagement Manager located in Bengaluru North. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships with advisors, coordinating engagement activities, ensuring smooth communication between advisors and the company, and developing strategies to enhance advisor satisfaction and collaboration. Additional tasks include streamlining operational processes, analyzing engagement metrics, and working cross-functionally with relevant teams to address advisor needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Relationship management and communication skills to foster strong partnerships with advisors and stakeholders
  • Operational planning and coordination skills to execute engagement strategies and streamline processes
  • Analytical skills to monitor engagement metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills to address challenges and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience working in healthcare or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
