Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive *Mid-Level Manager* to oversee the *Service Engineer's, LAN Contractor's, and Solar teams*. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, effective communication between teams, problem-solving, and timely delivery of work. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction through efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Service, LAN, and Solar teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of work.
  • Act as the main point of contact between teams to resolve issues, remove bottlenecks, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within teams and with customers.
  • Monitor performance, assign tasks, and ensure accountability within the teams.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance team productivity.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Facilitate training or guidance to team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute team objectives and projects.
  • Maintain reports on team performance, project status, and customer feedback.
  • Willingness to travel to sites or client locations as required for inspections, issue resolution, or supervision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant technical or management qualifications are a plus.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in team management, preferably handling service operations, LAN, or solar projects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage multiple teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time through effective coordination.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
