Job Description:

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Detech Solutions. As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing relationships

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to promote products and services

  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results

  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other sales-related metrics

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and support sales objectives

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology or education industry

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding existing relationships

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
