Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team in Trichy. This junior-level role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about marketing and field sales in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote our services and products
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic stakeholders including principals, teachers, and administrators
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, and workshops
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into customers
  • Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand visibility across target locations
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve marketing strategies
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the team lead

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline; preference for Marketing, Business, or Education)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for field visits
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles
