Mechanical Engineer with 08-10 Years Experience in Selling Capital Equipment
Sales – Mobility || Construction || Defence ||
Sales & Business Development Role
- To prepare Annual Business Plan of your assigned Business Vertical for every Financial Year.
- Responsible for meeting the Sales targets of the organization through effective planning and
budgeting.
- Understand the customers buying process and decision-making process and timelines.
- Manage the assigned sales territory and target customer accounts, maximizing coverage and
opportunities within the region.
- Provide regular feedback on product pricing, costing, delivery schedules, and quality to maintain
product competitiveness and target new products as per customer needs and requirements.
Technical Role
- To discuss and access Application details, technical specifications with customers to further provide best optimized Techno-commercial proposals with competitive Pricing.
- To closely work with all OEM Accounts during New Product Development Projects
- To participate during Validation / trials of New Products supplied and also provide troubleshooting with support from our Design and after-Sales experts.
Marketing Role
- To Monitor development of Untapped Business Locations in assigned regions.
- To Identify prospective Trade Exhibitions for every Calendar Year and ensure participation.
- To ensure Vendor Registration with various, Govt. / PSUs / EPC customers.
Required Skills / Knowledge
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent customer Handling skills
- Knowledge of Hydraulic is an added advantage
- Strong decision-making skills
- Business and commercial acumen
- Strong networking skills externally and internally
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Able to travel extensively internally and externally

Dinamic Oil Group designs and manufactures a complete range of hoisting solutions with line pull from 500 kg
to 45,000 kg, complemented by a range of planetary gearboxes with output torques from 1000Nm to
3,000,000Nm. We have adopted a "flexible thinking" approach that allows us to offer customized solutions for
industrial applications and mobile machines by being close to the customer from design till to after sales
support.
- Incentives or performance-linked bonus structure- PLI Might be some part , Depend on Final Negotiation., Bonus will be part of CTC.
