The Key Account Executive/Senior Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, understanding client needs, and delivering recruitment solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, identifying opportunities for account growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.QualificationsStrong client management and relationship-building skillsExperience in recruitment or staffing servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutionsProblem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with payroll and compliance management is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldSalary up to 7LPA
