**Position description**:

- Import related accounting - Purchase material accounting including goods in transit and CHA bills and supplier bill accounting including payment
- Monitoring of imports and stock controls
- Arrangement of Letter of credit and maintaining updated ledger for Supplier
- Confirmation and cross verification of HSN classification
- Co ordination with internal and external stake holder on import related queries
- Monitoring Custom compliance and filing necessary documentation with Customs (Liasoning with Govt officials / PRO)
- Co ordinating with legal counsel (internal and external) for necessary compliance
- Tracking of GST compliance to avail credit from Supplier invoice and Bank documents and GSTR reconciliation
- Executing Govt payments - Property Registration related, water tax, pollution control, factory license etc.,
- 5S co-ordination
