Duties and responsibilities Junior Executive - Production.

1. Grow healthy crops and do harvest on time.

2. Manage of agricultural labour force.

3. Be familiar with fertilizers and pesticides, plant nutrition and crop protection.

4. Identify Plants, pests and weeds and determine selection of pesticides and fertilizers.

6. Ensure proper storage of fertilizers, seeds and harvested products.

7. Understanding implications of weather and taking timely action.

8. Maintain Green house, Net house, Irrigation systems for indoor cultivation.

9. Efficiently manage Tools and Tackles.

10. Ensure economical and efficient usage of resources like water and electricity.

11. Ensure farm activities are in compliance of with Government regulations.

12. Properly pack harvest for dispatch.

13. Ensure that there is no pilferage of crops and harvest.

14. Any other assignment given by the Management.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 per month
