Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve the annual sales target of ₹9 crore by managing and optimizing the sales pipeline. Set monthly and quarterly targets for the sales team and monitor performance. Drive lead-to-conversion efficiency, ensuring high success rates in meetings and deal closures.

2.Team Management & Leadership

Lead a team of 2 Sales Executives, 1 Lead Generation Executive, and 1 CRM Executive. Provide training, coaching, and motivation to maximize productivity. Conduct weekly sales meetings to track performance and strategize improvements.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a sales strategy based on the company's 5000-lead model. Optimize sales workflows, ensuring effective lead follow-ups and deal closures. Ensure exhibitions, networking events, and B2B meetings yield high ROI.

4. Business Development & Key Account Management

Directly handle premium clients & large accounts to maximize revenue. Establish long-term relationships with distributors, B2B clients, and industry partners. Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
