Roles & Responsibilities

 Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

 Identify potential clients, generate new business leads, and nurture relationships with existing customers.

 Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and recommend growth opportunities.

 Visit clients regularly across South Gujarat for product presentations and order follow- ups.

 Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution.

 Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present updates to the management team.

 Ensure post-sales support and handle customer feedback effectively.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Willingness to travel across South Gujarat as required.

Qualifications & Experience

 Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
