Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Executive to manage
social media and brand marketing activities
. The candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen brand identity and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the company's presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and execute branding campaigns that align with the company's vision and target audience.
  • Create engaging and trend-driven content in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships for brand promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, video content, and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, social media algorithms, and competitor strategies.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other promotional initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of social media management, digital branding, and campaign planning.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics and trends.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience in influencer marketing and content strategy.
  • Basic understanding of paid promotions and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in social media marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry preferred.
