Role & responsibilities

Retail Partner Support: Act as the central point of contact for retail channel partners for back-end support, including order status, billing, claims, and incentive-related queries.

  • Sales Operations: Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and payment reconciliation.
  • Channel Data Management: Maintain accurate records of channel partner sales, inventory, and performance data.
  • Promotional Support: Assist in execution of trade schemes, retail promotions, and incentive programs by ensuring timely communication and claim settlement.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalations from retailers/distributors and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Support the field sales team with backend processes, documentation, and tools to enhance their efficiency.
  • MIS & Reporting: Generate regular reports (sales performance, stock levels, claim status, incentive calculations) for management review.
  • Team Management: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure operational efficiency. Lead the support team to provide seamless collaboration and assist field teams proactively.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and proper documentation for all retail support activities. Ensure the team follows compliance guidelines and maintains proper documentation.
