Shri Educare Limited invites smart, energetic and creative sales professionals to be a part of the family. We are looking for someone who can initiate, develop and be a part of our quest for excellence in sphere of education. To provide effective, dynamic and inspirational support to SEL ERP team and its schools so that they build effective systems and process. The purpose of this position is to ensure sales & marketing excellence in our schools by planning, designing and implementing effective systems and policies. Provide seamless support to Shri Educare and its owned/partner schools. Support the current Sales & Marketing team and unit heads in driving various initiatives & deployment of best practices & projects across all units (including overseas) as per the annual plans. 

We are looking at hiring Sales Manager & Executive for UP (East) & Punjab respectively.

No. of Positions - 2

The role primarily focuses on:-

1.   Identify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.

2.   Contacting potential clients via emails, cold calls and exploratory visits.

3.   Visiting schools and make presentations and demo about the ERP.

4.   Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals

5.   Be a part of organizing events for lead sourcing and new territory expansions.

6.   Organizing and Handling of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events (as applicable).

7.   Competitor analysis and developing intel on competitive landscape and competitor strategies.

8.   Achieving the planned targets and driving revenues for the org.

9. Meeting Clients, giving presentations and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization.

10. Work closely with the IT team for deal closure, product improvement and market intel.

11. Vendor Management.

12. Event Management.

13. Updating of Website and Collateral with new updates / changes (as applicable).

KEY EXPECTATIONS:

1.   Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels internally as externally.

2.   Articulate and good negotiation skills.

3.   High achievement orientation with a will to take up additional responsibilities as and when opportunity arise.

4.   Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

5.   Would need to travel extensively and plan his visit schedules.

6.   Having a strong understanding of the School ERP business and competitors.

7.   Team player with a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

8.   Should be able to adapt and comfortable in coordinating with various people at all levels.

9.   Well versed with MS Office, Internet and presentation skills.

Having personal Two wheeler / Four wheeler is preferred.

Age: Years

Experience: 2 – 5 years in sales/marketing Field. Should have an experience in the School ERP sales. Added advantage if the person has connects at Schools / pre-schools.

Qualification: Graduate or Preferably PG.

Locations: U.P East & Punjab.
