Role Overview

The ERP Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training programs on Eazy ERP's product suite to clients, partners, and internal teams. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing customized training materials, conducting sessions (onsite & online), and ensuring smooth adoption of the ERP system. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good grasp of business processes, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified manner.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product training sessions for new clients, partners, and internal staff.Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and video tutorials.Customize training modules based on client business processes and ERP usage.Support clients during product implementation by ensuring end-users understand workflows.Stay updated on new ERP features, modules, and releases; upgrade training content accordingly.Collect feedback from participants and improve training effectiveness.Work closely with the implementation and support teams to resolve client queries.Conduct refresher and advanced training sessions as needed.Ensure smooth ERP adoption by reducing end-user resistance through effective knowledge transfer.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Eazy ERP preferred or any ERP exposure).Understanding of business processes like Finance, Inventory, Production, Sales, and HR.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and online training tools.Strong problem-solving and client engagement skills.Ability to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.

 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ERP training, product training, or ERP implementation.Prior experience in software training, corporate training, or ERP domain preferred.Exposure to manufacturing/trading industry processes will be an added advantage.
