Sales Manager- T and T Realty Services Pvt. Ltd.
We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales professional responsible for driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with Clients and Channel Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies with the Team Leader, aligned with business objectives.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with Clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive repeat business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and present insights to Senior Management.
- Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Streamline sales operations, implement best practices, guide a compact team, ensures performance.
- Ability and mindset to work in ERP and daily updation on ERP.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in real estate sales management or a closely related sales leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Core Competencies:
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
Mobility Requirement: Must have personal transport (car/motorbike) and valid drivers license; comfortable traveling across multiple locations in and around Gurgaon.
