With 100,000+ MT waste processed and 50,000+ MT plastic recycled, we power circular economy models, run MRFs at scale, and empower informal waste workers with transparent, tech-enabled systems.

Role Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across collection, sorting, and processing with strict compliance to environmental norms
  • Manage Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs): throughput planning, quality control, safety, and vendor coordination
  • Drive data accuracy: maintain dashboards, conduct mass-balance checks, publish operations reports, and recommend process improvements
  • Partner with field teams, waste workers, municipalities, and brand/EPR partners to streamline logistics and boost recovery rates
  • Implement zero-waste and sustainability SOPs; train teams on segregation, safety, and compliance

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in environmental regulations and sustainable waste management practices
  • Experience in coordination and management of Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Prayagraj
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the environmental sector is a plus
