Customer Care Executive

Job Description:
Ecure Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic Customer Care Executives fluent in English, Malayalam and Tamil is must (additional knowledge of Kannada and Telegu and Hindi is a plus).. This is a remote (Work From Home) position which mandatorily requires a Laptop with a proper Wi-Fi connection with minimum 50mbps speed. If you meet the above criteria, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support via voice and blended communication channels.
* Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
* Maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor while interacting with customers.
* Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively to manage and document customer interactions.
* Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Graduation in any stream (Bachelor's)
* Fluency in English, Malayalam and Tamil is must (additional knowledge of Kannada and Telegu and Hindi is a plus).
* Competency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1 year preferred).
* Willingness to complete training before joining.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
