Brand Marketing Specialist

Sbooch is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven marketing professional to conceptualize, execute, and manage end-to-end brand marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution — from designing compelling visuals to crafting engaging campaigns. You will work closely with the CEO, shaping brand direction, managing social media presence, driving influencer partnerships, and optimizing e-commerce platforms to boost awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Design – Develop and execute high-quality visuals for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, packaging, logos, and marketing collateral using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Copywriting & Brand Communication – Write impactful, on-brand captions, scripts, and campaign copy that resonate with our audience and enhance brand storytelling.
Social Media Strategy & Management – Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Marketing Campaigns – Develop and implement integrated campaigns including thematic, festive, and influencer-driven promotions; build monthly social media calendars.
Video & Content Production – Script, edit, and produce engaging videos, reels, and motion graphics aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
Influencer & Partnership Management – Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers, agencies, and creative partners to amplify reach.
E-commerce & Q-Commerce Marketing – Optimize product listings, creatives, and campaigns for Amazon Fresh, Blinkit, Nature's Basket, and other platforms, including regional and pan-India initiatives.
Performance Marketing Support – Collaborate on Meta Ads planning, execution, and tracking to improve ROI.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverables.
Brand Asset Management – Maintain updated product decks, visual libraries, brand guidelines, and creative templates for consistent use.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional communication and copywriting skills (top priority).
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong graphic design and visual storytelling abilities.
Social media strategy and campaign planning expertise.
Video editing and motion graphics knowledge.
Understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent project management, multitasking, and coordination skills.
Creative, resourceful, and trend-aware mindset.
